The ICT & Computing department at Perton Middle school offers a variety of projects to enhance skills in IT. There are 3 areas covered by the curriculum – Computer Science, Digital Literacy and Information Technology. Students use the school Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) – MOODLE – to access the curriculum and the opportunity to work independently and build confidence.

In the 21st century, the use of ICT is essential. At Perton Middle School, we help to prepare students for the demands of an ever changing world – a world where Computing and ICT play an increasingly important role.
With 3 computer suites (2 x Pc suites and 1 x Mac suite), the students have the opportunity to explore many programs.
